Your key responsibilities will include: Building relationships with our Warehouse Operations team to understand their workflows and provide tailored technical support Troubleshooting a wide range of technical issues, including Windows server, network connectivity, and warehouse hardware problems Managing tickets on ServiceNow to ensure timely updates and resolutions for our end-users Collaborating with cross-functional engineering and business teams to resolve high-impact incidents and drive continuous improvement Identifying and addressing recurring technical issues to improve business efficiency and productivity Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field (IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience) 2+ years of IT support experience, preferably in a warehouse environment Strong troubleshooting skills, with experience in Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, VoIP, VPN, and Cisco/Aruba networking devices Experience with software imaging using SCCM and technical documentation Excellent client support, administrative, and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow What We Offer: Wayfair is committed to providing equal opportunities to all individuals, including those with disabilities.
