As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will build relationships with clinicians and help them navigate job placements, all while striving to meet performance goals. Responsibilities • Own your success. Create your own book of business from scratch and manage a high-volume pipeline of candidates through every stage of the hiring journey • Be a trusted guide. Interview, screen, and advise clinicians while helping them navigate opportunities, negotiate pay, and land positions that match their goals • Keep quality first. Verify credentials, references, and pre-hire requirements with precision and professionalism • Collaborate and win together. Partner with sales, onboarding, and client teams to ensure every placement is seamless and successful • Champion retention. Stay in touch with clinicians, extend contracts, and reassign them to new opportunities — keeping top talent where they belong • Lead with positivity. Foster strong relationships with your teammates, share wins, offer support, and celebrate success as a team • Deliver world-class service.
