Position Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic, empathetic, and detail‑oriented individuals who reside in Hawaii to serve as Remote Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). In this role, you will be the first point of contact for members who have questions about transportation services, scheduling, insurance coverage, and more. Key Responsibilities
- Member Interaction: Answer inbound calls, chat sessions, and emails from members, handling an average of 100+ interactions per day while delivering courteous, accurate, and timely assistance.
- Information Capture: Document each conversation using arenaflex’s standardized scripts and electronic forms, ensuring all relevant details—such as contact information, trip dates, and insurance specifics—are recorded accurately.
- Service Coordination: Schedule, modify, or cancel transportation reservations in the arenaflex system, adhering to established policies and ensuring members receive the correct service at the appropriate time.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot member concerns, escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate department while maintaining ownership of the case until a satisfactory outcome is achieved.
- Data Integrity: Input trip data and service details with precision, performing regular audits to verify information consistency across multiple platforms.
- Education & Guidance: Explain arenaflex’s service offerings, eligibility criteria, and insurance coverage to members, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.
- Compliance: Follow all arenaflex policies, privacy regulations, and documentation standards to protect member data and ensure regulatory adherence.
- Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on call scripts, workflow bottlenecks, and system enhancements to help refine the member experience.
Essential Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- 0–2 years of professional experience; 6+ months in a contact‑center or customer‑service environment is preferred.
- Resident of Hawaii with a reliable home internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload) and a dedicated, private workspace.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to type at least 35 words per minute.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to speak clearly while typing simultaneously.
