This role focuses on enabling efficient pricing and contracting execution for hospitals and Ambulatory Surgery Centers, while providing support to sales and ensuring governance.
Responsibilities
- Project financial and commercial impact of pricing changes, proposals, and contracting scenarios
- Develop pricing and contract analyses to support negotiations
- Support price files, discount analysis, segmentation, and deal structure evaluation
- Conduct competitive and market benchmarking
- Serve as primary contact for transactional pricing and contract intake
- Create and manage Salesforce workflows
- Coordinate with Pricing, CPM, CAA, and Legal
- Deliver finalized pricing and contract materials
- Upload executed agreements and ensure activation
- Build customer-ready presentations and analytics
- Provide responsive support to BU Sales and EAMs
- Ensure adherence to pricing and contracting governance
- Maintain reporting on account and contract performance
- Track work in Salesforce
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Analytics, or related field required
- 0-1 years of relevant work experience required
- Experience in pricing, contract administration, or sales operations preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills preferred
- Salesforce experience preferred
