Job Summary:
Join our growing Digital Quality Systems Engineering team remotely in Latin America, working PST hours, to enhance digital quality systems like Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud. This role is critical for ensuring the quality and reliability of digital tools through comprehensive testing, documentation, and continuous development support. It interfaces with various platforms and tools, aiming to uphold our high standards within a dynamic technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with design and development teams to determine and execute test strategies.
• Review, approve, and ensure testability of requirements; author test scripts ensuring full traceability.
• Perform exploratory, unscripted, and formal testing, including but not limited to functional, load, and security testing.
• Generate test reports, author final test summaries, and support digital quality system updates and bug fixes.
• Document, track, and manage bugs and organize annual regression testing.
Must-have Skills:
• Strong expertise in the Atlassian Cloud suite (Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management).
• Proficiency in Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
Industry Experience:
• Experience in environments regulated under ISO 13485 and/or 9001 Quality Management Systems is preferred.
