[Remote] Client Success Account Coordinator

They are seeking a Client Success Account Coordinator to manage client relationships, oversee digital campaigns, and ensure successful outcomes through effective communication and collaboration. Responsibilities - Overseeing a portfolio of clients and acting as their primary day-to-day contact - Managing digital campaigns from setup through reporting, ensuring timelines and deliverables stay on track - Monitoring campaign performance and providing data-driven insights and optimizations - Collaborating with cross-functional teams (creative, campaign, onboarding, operations) to deliver a seamless client experience - Responding to client requests promptly and professionally, ensuring they feel supported and informed - Contributing to process improvements and client success initiatives across the team - Other duties as assigned Skills - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field - 1+ year of account management or client success experience - 1+ year of experience in digital marketing and/or multifamily - Experience managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously - Comfortable using CRM and project management tools (HubSpot & Asana preferred) - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Highly organized, self-directed, and detail-oriented - Analytical mindset with the ability to identify performance trends - HubSpot & Asana preferred Company Overview - We Love the Journey and Embrace What's Next There is no destination in life or work.
