Inside Real Estate is a fast-growing, independently-owned real estate software firm that serves as a trusted technology partner to over 500,000 top brokerages, agents, and teams. They are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative for their Referral Network Team to respond to inbound leads and pair consumers with real estate agents based on the best fit for buying or selling their homes.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads from a variety of digital sources, including website forms, inbound calls, and text message replies
- Pair consumers with real estate agents based on the best fit for buying or selling their homes, while also considering paid membership status, agent ranking, and service area coverage
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound follow-ups via text, calls, and email to maintain engagement and provide ongoing support to consumers and agents
- Proactively prospect for status updates daily
- Analyze CRM and third-party data sources to assess data quality, capture newly gathered context for real estate partners, and determine whether leads meet qualification criteria
- Identify and match consumers with the best agent to close the deal, based on agent ranking, service area, paid tier, and price range, while maintaining high accuracy
- Navigate agent and opportunity profiles with ease, and confidently handle requests related to account-specific details

- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud
- At least 1 year of experience in a contact center, customer service, inside sales or real estate ISA role
- Work experience within the real estate or mortgage industry
