As an Automation Engineer/Automation Tester, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing automated tests to ensure the highest quality of our products. Your expertise will help us drive success and fill remaining coverage gaps in our regression test suite. Job Summary: The ELIAS Automated Regression Testing Team is responsible for developing new tests, enhancing the efficiency of the current regression test suite, and executing and diagnosing failures. As an Automation Engineer/Automation Tester, you will: Transform business test cases into automated test coverage using Tricentis TOSCA tool Develop repeatable, fully automated tests that operate without manual intervention Provide creative solutions to challenges encountered during test development Rapidly update tests based on changes in the application Contribute to the build-out of lights-out automation and create test coverage using risk-based testing techniques Execute unattended testing and maintain the test environment Team Goals: Our team is focused on: Filling the coverage gap from the previous WORKSOFT test suite to the current TOSCA test suite Maintaining the current TOSCA test suite Adding new test coverage to support updates to the ELIAS application Developing additional validations for new and existing tests Enhancing the test suite to provide additional capabilities, such as testing against multiple versions of the application Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have: Experience developing automated test cases using TOSCA Thorough knowledge of automated functional regression testing, data-driven test development techniques, object recognition, test validation, and lights-out unattended automation Ability to transform business test cases into automated test coverage and develop creative solutions to challenges Basic SQL query development skills for database validation Demonstrated ability to effectively use third-party tools and system utilities High levels of interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a project team Knowledge of Dev/Ops concepts, continuous testing, and Agile project methodologies Experience with Medicaid Eligibility, 508 testing, and CMS regulations (preferred) What We Offer: In return for your expertise, we offer: Competitive hourly rate ($35.00 - $40.00 per hour) 401(k), dental insurance, and health insurance benefits A dynamic and collaborative remote work environment Opportunities for career growth and professional development Work Schedule: This is a contract position with an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, during the day.
