[Remote] Associate Product Manager

The Associate Product Manager will participate in a formal training program, managing products and learning from experienced mentors to drive customer-focused features. Responsibilities - Learn the core skills of product management through an “apprenticeship-style” program with training & a formal mentor - Gather customer and stakeholder feedback through well-structured beta programs to get features ready for launch - Manage the end-to-end launch of a new feature, enabling customers & internal teams, and measuring the success of new features during roll-out - Have the opportunity to interact with & learn from our executive team — because of our transparent culture, you’ll have a front-row seat to understanding how to scale a growth-stage company to becoming a major industry player - As you grow, lead the development of new features in collaboration with Design, Engineering, and Marketing, and even manage a small roadmap - Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices Skills - A minimum of a 3.5 GPA - Experience building a product, a startup, an application, a nonprofit (or equivalent) as a founding member or co-founder is a requirement of the role - 0 years of experience in a full-time product management role (product management internships are acceptable) - Currently in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or another technical discipline - The degree must be completed by the time of joining Samsara with a target timeline of Spring 2026 - Prior evidence of strong intellectual curiosity & leadership skills - Knack for gleaning insights from quantitative and qualitative data - Bias-for-action — you're not afraid to get your hands dirty to help your team and have an impact on our customers - Demonstrated attention to detail and structured thinking - Excellent written & verbal communication skills Benefits - Initial RSU grant with no vesting cliff - Ongoing refresh opportunities tied to performance - Flexible, employee-led remote model - Professional development stipend - Comprehensive health and parental leave plans Company Overview - Samsara is digitizing the world of physical operations.
