Description Driven to grow, Smith Brothers is seeking experienced, entrepreneurial sales candidates skilled in developing sales strategy, field marketing, and converting sales. Regional Sales Representatives grow our customer base through direct sales by networking, generating leads, promoting, and selling our service in the community and at local and regional events. This outside sales role requires a creative mindset and the tenacity to experiment in the pursuit of success. Smith Brothers is the Northwest’s premier grocery delivery service serving the Puget Sound and Portland/Vancouver areas. Customers count on our milkmen and women every week to fill their porch boxes with fresh, family staples and local favorites. We offer a modern, technology-supported delivery service with a nostalgic nod to simpler times. Requirements Required Qualifications and Education - Experience in consumer B2C sales, consultative sales, direct sales, event marketing, or brand promotion. - High school diploma or equivalent required. College graduates and veterans encouraged to apply. - CRM software experience preferred. General Microsoft Office skills. - Valid driver’s license and safe driving record. - Oral and written fluency in the English language. - Ability to frequently lift 25 pounds. Occasionally life 50 pounds. Seldom lift up to 100 pounds (e.g. pop-up tent and cooler of ice and samples). - Stand for long periods of time while working at a sales event/booth. - Ability to perform tasks and responsibilities in all weather conditions. Summary Sales representatives receive base pay, commission, and bonus incentives. Manage relationships, engage key stakeholders, and develop strategies to convert customers. · Generate brand awareness and positive impressions to increase sales. · Represent company at assigned activities and events.
