Overview of the role:
The Regional CTO position focuses on providing visionary leadership and strategy in developing technology solutions for external customers. This role involves maintaining strong customer-focused outlooks while leading design and delivery of projects and services through dual-role positions that combine technology oversight with customer engagement, acting as thought leaders and bridges between business problems and technology solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Overseeing development and dissemination of technology for external customers, vendors, and other clients to help improve and increase business.
- Maintaining consumer-focused outlooks and aiding in delivery of projects and services to market.
- Developing policies and procedures and using technology to enhance products and services that focus on external customers.
- Developing technical aspects of clients' technical strategies to ensure alignment with their business goals.
- Managing technology budgets and suggesting investments to align companies with their vision for technological needs.
- Acting as thought leaders in both internal strategy and external client engagements.
- Presenting tailored technology solutions to critical accounts.
- Driving company strategy through market insights and technological perspectives.
Requirements:
- Executive Technology Leadership: 10+ years working in technological roles, with proven experience as CTO or similar leadership positions.
- Industry Expertise: Solid foundation in the IT/nearshoring industry (recent or within the last 10 years).
