Required Skills:
• Proven experience in bulk/mass hiring and industrial recruitment.
• Strong domain knowledge in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or e-commerce hiring.
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
• Expertise in blue-collar and high-volume hiring strategies.
• Strong ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
