We are seeking a hands-on marketing manager to execute and manage campaigns across social media and direct mail for a real estate investment business.
This role is focused on execution, coordination, and results—not just strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Plan and manage social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Create and execute direct mail campaigns (lists, coordination, vendors)
Coordinate design, printing, and mailing for campaigns
Launch and manage lead generation campaigns
Track performance and optimize campaigns over time
What I’m Looking For:
Experience managing marketing campaigns (real estate preferred)
Strong understanding of lead generation strategies
Experience with direct mail campaigns (highly preferred)
Familiarity with social media content planning and scheduling
Organized and able to manage multiple campaigns at once
Portfolio of past work required
U.S. based company only
Compensation:
$50– $150/hour depending on experience
