We are seeking a full-time, DC-Licensed Attorney with 0-3 years of experience to work remotely. The applicant should have the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional counsel to consumers; he or she should ideally have an understanding of real estate and/or consumer protection law. Experience with consumer bankruptcy, condo, and/or HOA law is preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide counsel to consumers relating to real estate and timeshare matters.
• Negotiate settlements with developers, management entities, collection agencies, etc.
• Advise clients on risks inherent in various contractual relationships.
