Test Plan Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure product quality. Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency. Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to validate software and product enhancements while ensuring existing functionality remains intact. Defect Management: Document and track defects, collaborating with the development team to resolve issues and ensure timely product releases. Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies to enhance overall product quality. Required Skills: Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in quality assurance, test automation, and testing methodologies. Strong programming and scripting skills, with experience in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript. Knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit). Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. ISTQB or other relevant QA certifications a plus.
