Property & Casualty Licensed Insurance Sales Representative

Job Description: • Find innovative ways to complete sales while responding to varying questions, issues, and concerns. • Handle and carefully respond to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries • Complete sales with customers while generating quotes, costs and overall coverage • Provide excellent customer service through all interactions while active listening • Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively • Appropriately communicate with customers, exercising retention efforts if needed Requirements: • Resident Property & Casualty Producer license required • License must be active and within good standings • Any non-resident lines currently or previously obtained must also be within good and active standings • Sales experience preferred • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience. • Must be 18 years of age or older. • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute. • Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems. • College degree preferred but not required.
