As a Program Manager within the Program Management Office (PMO), focused on Software New Product Development in Stryker's Endoscopy Division, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development of innovative medical software products. You will need to be in the office 3 days a week (including Mondays) and can work from home on other days. What you will do • Define and manage program scope in collaboration with business unit leadership. • Develop detailed project plans, including Agile/Scrum methodologies, Gantt charts, and Work Breakdown Structures. • Own program schedules, analyzing critical paths and key milestones. • Create and manage program budgets, optimizing costs within set limits. • Partner with teams to develop and maintain program quality plans. • Identify and mitigate project risks with a comprehensive risk management plan. • Lead procurement strategy and vendor selection. • Allocate and manage cross-functional resources, defining roles and responsibilities. • Provide feedback, mentor team members, and support hiring and onboarding. • Develop stakeholder engagement and communication plans for key business leaders. What you need Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Engineering or related discipline. • Minimum 8 years of related work experience in Project Management, Software Product Development, or Engineering. Preferred Qualifications: • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent preferred. • Utilization of Agile, rolling-wave, or waterfall planning methodology. • Lead or developed projects for medical devices or regulated industries • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar). • Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions, balancing risks and benefits in dynamic environments. • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority. • Strong understanding of quality systems (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA regulations) and risk management practices. • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to successfully deliver complex projects on time and within budget. $150,300 - $245,800 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits.
