JD of Power BI Developer. Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and optimizing Power BI reports and dashboards. The role requires a strong understanding of data visualization, performance optimization, and working with large datasets to provide actionable insights. Required Experience – 6-8 Years Key Responsibilities: Power BI Development : Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations that align with business requirements. Ensure scalability and reusability of reports across teams. Data Optimization : Optimize Power BI performance for faster load times and efficient data refresh processes. Implement DAX queries and calculations for improved performance and functionality. Data Modeling : Develop and maintain data models within Power BI. Ensure robust ETL processes for accurate data extraction and transformation from various sources. Collaboration : Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide data-driven solutions. Liaise with database developers and data engineers to optimize data sources. Troubleshooting and Support : Diagnose and resolve issues with existing Power BI reports and dashboards. Ensure adherence to best practices in report design and performance tuning. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Certifications in Power BI or related technologies are preferred. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
