About the Role We’re seeking a highly skilled Google Ads Media Buyer & Strategist to support a high-priority client account. This role goes beyond execution—you will be responsible for both hands-on campaign management and strategic direction, ensuring campaigns are aligned with business goals and optimized for growth. This is a part-time contract role (approximately 10 hours per week) ideal for someone who can think strategically while also executing at a high level. Key Responsibilities • Own the strategy and execution of Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube) • Develop full-funnel paid media strategies aligned with client objectives • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis • Structure campaigns for scalability, efficiency, and performance • Continuously optimize campaigns (bidding, budgets, targeting, creatives) • Create and test ad copy and messaging to improve performance metrics • Analyze performance data and translate insights into strategic recommendations • Implement and audit conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4) • Provide regular reporting with clear insights and forward-looking strategy • Identify opportunities for growth, expansion, and improved ROI • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on performance and strategy alignment Requirements • 6+ years of experience in Google Ads media buying and strategy • Proven ability to both build strategy and execute campaigns hands-on • Strong understanding of campaign structures, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and conversion tracking • Ability to manage accounts independently in a part-time capacity • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and reporting skills • Must be authorized to work in the United States Nice to Have • Experience with Google Tag Manager • Background in landing page optimization and CRO • Experience managing high-value or performance-driven accounts • Google Ads and/or Analytics certifications Engagement Details • Approx. 10 hours per week (flexible scheduling) • Fully remote (U.S.-based candidates only) • 1099 independent contractor role • Potential to expand hours based on performance and client needs How to Apply Please include: • A brief summary of your experience in Google Ads strategy and media buying • Examples or case studies demonstrating results • Your availability and preferred hourly or monthly rate Job Type: Contract Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
