Part-time Child & Adolescent Mental Health Therapist (California)

Compensation You will be employed as a W2 employee with an hourly rate • $100.00-$110.00 hourly rate for clinical sessions • $25.00 hourly rate for administrative time, including documentation time • $2,000-$2,200 monthly guaranteed minimum payment To ensure financial stability, we guarantee a minimum payment of 5 hours per week at your clinical hourly rate. Seeing 15 clients qualifies you for a higher guaranteed minimum compensation. Plus, receive paid sick days, malpractice insurance, and CEU coverage • Collaborative & supportive environment – Participate in weekly consultations, peer discussions, and professional development programs • Flexible & streamlined work – Work remotely with no exclusivity requirements, and let us handle client scheduling Your schedule & commitment Caseload: Manage at least 12 clients per week (option to take on more hours) Available Hours (All PST): • Monday–Thursday: 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM • Friday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM What you’ll do • Provide psychotherapy using CBT and other evidence-based practices to children ages 8-17 and young adults over age 18 years, as well as parent training and support • Collaborate with pediatricians, school counselors, and families to support client care • Participate in weekly individual and team case consultations and team huddles with a supportive clinical community • Complete clinical notes and documentations in a timely manner Who we are looking for • Licensed Mental Health Professional in California with 3+ years of post-grad therapy experience • Required license types: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) • Experience working with children, teens, young adults, and families using evidence-based treatments • Comfortable using Zoom, EHRs, and team collaboration tools • Willingness to be cross-licensed in additional states and not opted out of Medicare Job Type: Part-time Pay: $100.00 - $110.00 per hour Expected hours: 12.0 – 15.0 per week Benefits: • Continuing education credits • Flexible schedule • Paid time off • Professional development assistance • Referral program Medical Specialty: • Pediatrics Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Afternoon shift • After school • Evening shift • Monday to Friday • Night shift • Weekends as needed Application Question(s): • Are you licensed in CA?
