We are seeking a curious and analytical Operations Research Engineer to help design and implement optimization and simulation models that drive smarter business decisions. Requirements Master’s degree in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong understanding of optimization (linear, integer, nonlinear), simulation, graph theory, and statistical analysis. Solid programming skills in Python, Java, or C++ with practical experience in applying OR libraries (e.g., OR-Tools, Gurobi, CPLEX). Excellent analytical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within multicultural, cross-functional teams. 1–2 years of hands-on experience applying OR techniques in industry or academic settings is preferred. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Streamlit) and basic knowledge of machine learning are a plus.
