Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and produce multimedia content, including videos, motion graphics, presentations, and digital assets
- Design visually compelling materials for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, events, and internal communications
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and leadership teams to translate ideas into engaging visual content
- Manage projects from concept through final delivery while meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Support video production tasks, including filming, editing, sound syncing, and post-production
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative materials and communication channels
- Optimize multimedia content for various platforms, including web, mobile, and social media
- Organize and manage digital assets, files, and production libraries
- Stay current on design trends, multimedia tools, and emerging content formats
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Video Production, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- 4+ years of experience in multimedia production, graphic design, video editing, or related creative work
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and InDesign
- Experience creating content for digital marketing and social media platforms
- Strong portfolio showcasing multimedia, video, and design work
- Excellent visual storytelling, design, and editing skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with photography, videography, or animation
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, email marketing assets, and web content production
- Understanding of branding, content strategy, and audience engagement
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency, in-house marketing, or creative environment
