We are seeking a highly skilled, hands-on Senior Technical Resource to drive the delivery of solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Microsoft Power Pages. This role is ideal for a strong technical practitioner who can both design and implement solutions, while guiding the team through complex integrations, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and data migration efforts. This resource is working hand in hand with delivery architect. Strong communication and leadership skills required.
Key Responsibilities
Hands-on Development & Delivery
Design and build solutions directly across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
Develop integrations, automations, and extensions using:
Power Automate, APIs, Azure services
Work closely with developers to implement scalable, production-ready solutions
Contribute to code, configuration, and deployment activities as needed
Define and implement practical ALM strategies (not just theoretical)
Set up and maintain:
CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub)
Environment strategy (Dev, Test, UAT, Prod)
Manage solution packaging, versioning, and deployment processes
Ensure reliable, repeatable releases with minimal risk
Integrations
Build and support integrations between Dynamics, Power Pages, and external systems
Use Azure services (e.g., APIs, Logic Apps, Service Bus) where appropriate
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues
Ensure performance, reliability, and security of data flows
Technical Leadership
Act as a go-to technical expert for the team and be back for the Delivery Architect
Guide and mentor developers in best practices and implementation patterns
Help unblock technical issues and make practical design decisions
Collaborate with architects, but focus on execution and delivery
Collaboration & Delivery
Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams
Translate requirements into working solutions
Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery execution
Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of features and enhancements
Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with:
Dynamics 365 CE
Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages)
Proven experience building and maintaining ALM / CI-CD pipelines
Experience working with Dataverse solutions and solution layering
Strong integration experience (APIs, Azure services, middleware)
Experience in data migration projects (mapping, transformation, validation)
Comfortable working in a hands-on, delivery-focused role
Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
