The Marketing Automation Specialist supports the execution and optimization of marketing automation programs, ensuring data accuracy and operational consistency for effective campaigns. Responsibilities - Maintain data hygiene within marketing automation platforms by monitoring data quality, identifying anomalies, and ensuring accuracy across events, attributes, and customer profiles - Validate segmentation logic to ensure audiences are built accurately and align to campaign objectives and targeting requirements - Support journey reliability by accessing data dependencies, identifying risks related to missing or incomplete data, and escalating issues proactively - Coordinate with data engineering to request, document, and validate new data fields and integrations required for marketing activation - Monitor email, SMS, and push deliverability using platform insights to identify trends in inbox placement, sender reputation, and compliance - Maintain tagging standards, naming conventions, and folder hierarchies to ensure consistency and scalability across marketing systems - Execute A/B and multivariate tests by setting up test structures, monitoring performance, and synthesizing initial insights to support the broader testing roadmap led by senior team members - Support campaign readiness reviews by confirming data feeds, segmentation rules, and platform configurations meet requirements prior to launch - Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams - Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential - Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies - Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed Skills - Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Braze and Pardot - Ability to maintain data hygiene within marketing automation platforms - Skills in monitoring data quality and identifying anomalies - Experience in validating segmentation logic for audience targeting - Ability to support journey reliability by accessing data dependencies - Skills in coordinating with data engineering for new data fields and integrations - Experience in monitoring email, SMS, and push deliverability - Knowledge of tagging standards, naming conventions, and folder hierarchies - Experience in executing A/B and multivariate tests - Ability to support campaign readiness reviews - Compliance with health and safety guidelines - Ability to maintain confidentiality of information - Commitment to professional and technical knowledge development - Ability to contribute to team efforts and participate in projects Benefits - Comprehensive benefits package - 401k contribution - Short-term incentive plan Company Overview - Chamberlain Group (CG) is a global leader in intelligent access and Blackstone portfolio company.
