Manager of Systems & Analytics
Location: Remote
Xpedient Logistics is a full-service 3PL supporting warehousing, transportation, and supply chain operations. We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager of Systems & Analytics to lead systems modernization, data analytics, and integrations across the organization.
About the Role
This leadership role owns our analytics strategy, BI platforms, and system integrations while supporting aggressive modernization and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is independent, AI-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple systems, analytics, and integration initiatives simultaneously
- Own data analytics, BI platforms, dashboards, and reporting strategy
- Partner with Solutions Design to align systems, analytics, and customer solutions
- Oversee integrations across ERP, WMS/TMS, BI tools, data warehouse, and customer systems
- Develop scalable dashboards, KPIs, and data models for internal and customer use
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, documentation, and reporting consistency
- Support BI tool migration and enterprise modernization initiatives
- Leverage AI and automation to improve productivity, reporting, and workflows
- Research and implement new tools and technologies to drive efficiency
Skills & Technical Expertise
- Business intelligence & analytics platforms (Power BI or similar)
- Advanced SQL and data modeling
- Data warehousing (Snowflake preferred)
- Systems integration, APIs, and data pipelines
- ERP, WMS/TMS, and BI system connectivity
- Dashboard design, KPI development, and visualization best practices
- AI tools, automation, and intelligent reporting solutions
- Cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure)
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, BI, systems, or data integration
- Strong ability to work independently and own technical strategy
- Experience managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
- Background with ThoughtSpot, Qlik, or Sigma is a plus
- Master’s degree preferred
