I am an independent female business executive supporting the life science medical device development field, looking for a long-term IT consultant to provide ongoing technical support, system optimization, and strategic recommendations.
My environment includes Google Workspace and Microsoft Outlook with extremely large mailboxes (hundreds of thousands of emails, 100GB+). I need someone highly experienced with Outlook PST/OST files, large inbox performance issues, and email configuration between Google Workspace and Outlook.
I am not looking for one-time tech support. I am looking to build a long-term relationship with someone I meet with bi-weekly to:
Improve system performance
Recommend best practices as we develop a relationship
Help onboard new tools for client contracts as required, those less important.
Must be US-based, fluent in English as their native language, comfortable working remotely, and able to explain technical concepts clearly to a non-technical executive.
Retainer 3 - 4 hours/month minimum
Standing meeting every 2 weeks 30-60 minutes
On-demand emergency support billed hourly
