Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized, experienced, and proactive Logistics, Supply Chain, and Systems Coordinator to oversee our order and logistics operations. As a remote worker, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth order fulfillment, cultivating strong relationships with external partners, and analyzing data to optimize our logistics and supply chain processes. Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day order management, including system errors, 3PL fulfillment, PO management, discrepancy tracking, and reporting Maintaining and optimizing system flows for orders, fulfillments, and returns Using Shopify Flow and Rule Builder in the OMS to present data to warehouse requirements Drop-shipping system management, including setting up new customers and ensuring smooth data flow to 3PL Tracking and maintaining stock levels, and reporting on ABC inventory stats Reconciliation of warehouse invoices against sales, and identifying areas for attention and improvement Long-term strategic planning and advancement of the Operations area Working with product suppliers, freight forwarders, and fiscal partners Creating new processes for a more efficient supply chain Requirements: E-commerce experience (Shopify) OMS or ERP experience (Order Desk) Data-driven, with excellent Excel skills 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a fashion e-commerce Shopify business Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently Experience in supply chain management and logistics What We Offer: A remote working position with flexible work-life balance Opportunity to be part of a company that inspires and empowers a life well-lived No micromanaging – we trust your expertise and skills Support for employee wellbeing and personal growth Potential for career advancement and growth Competitive salary (£25-£28k pro rata) Flexible working hours (2-3 days a week) How to Apply: To apply, please submit your resume and a 60-second video recording introducing yourself and explaining why you would be great for the job.
