We’re looking for a tech-savvy professional who can work across diverse technical environments and handle complex troubleshooting. This is a fully remote role, and candidates must have a quiet, dedicated space to work from at home. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or supporting multiple technical environments. Responsibilities: Provide support, administration, and maintenance for desktops, laptops, and light networking issues Configure new computer hardware and software (primarily Windows-based) Perform upgrades and configuration of desktops and peripherals Troubleshoot desktop and server issues Respond to service calls, resolving issues directly or escalating as needed Log support requests and responses using the Service Desk system Install and upgrade software Assist in administering a Windows environment Technical Requirements: Experience supporting, diagnosing, and troubleshooting PC hardware, software, and network-related issues Strong knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems Familiarity with light networking Experience with enterprise antivirus software Active Directory and Group Policy knowledge Experience with MS Exchange, Office 365, and hybrid Outlook environments Printer administration experience Other Requirements: College degree in Computer Science or related degree and/or IT Certifications such A+, Network+ etc. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — you will be representing the company Ability to clearly document and summarize problems and resolutions Comfortable working with a diverse population, including clients with strong accents Willingness and ability to learn new tools and technologies Responsible, reliable, and self-directed Able to prioritize and triage effectively Exercises good judgment and professionalism in client interactions Dedicated to following issues through to resolution Must have a quiet, distraction-free home workspace Expected salary : $55000 - 75000 per year Location : Brooklyn, NY Apply for the job now!
