Learning Facilitator for Leadership & Employee Experience Programs

Job Description: An online HR community is seeking a Learning Facilitator to help deliver high-impact virtual trainings focused on leadership development, employee experience, and people-centered workplace culture. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable on camera (althoughthe video will not have your presencevisible) skilled at virtual facilitation, and experienced in turning concepts into engaging, structured learning experiences. You will be responsible for producing and delivering trainings based on frameworks, themes, and content direction provided by the Founder. While original ideas and enhancements are welcome, the core intellectual framework will be supplied. You are asked to bring personality, personal (or made up) examples and scenarios. We would like your flat rate fee for each 45 minute training video. ⸻ Qualifications: • Experience facilitating virtual trainings, workshops, or webinars • Comfortable and confident on camera • Strong communication and presentation skills • Experience in leadership development, HR, coaching, training, or organizational development • Ability to translate concepts into engaging learning experiences ⸻ To Apply: Please include: 1.
