Position Overview Lead Financial Advisor: This role is for advisors early in their careers who want to grow quickly — without taking unnecessary risks or trying to figure everything out alone. We are looking for advisors with 3+ years in the financial advisor role. You may be considering starting your own RIA, or you may want to join a firm that can help you scale more quickly than doing it solo. Who this is for • 3+ years of experience as a financial advisor • Strong desire to build your own book and long-term career • Comfortable taking ownership and following proven systems • Works well in a team-based environment What you’ll do • Work directly with clients on financial planning and implementation • Close qualified prospects using our existing offer and process • Follow established planning and service playbooks • Build and grow your own client base with firm support What we provide • The ability to add 2+ new clients per month..(Could be more… we have too many qualified leads) • Proven playbooks, systems, and operational support • Infrastructure that reduces risk while accelerating growth • A clear path to Senior Financial Advisor with long-term equity participation This is not a stepping-stone role.
