Role Overview: We're seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our Community Support Platform (CSP) team at Airbnb, where you'll play a crucial role in shaping the technical vision and delivering innovative solutions for our customer support operations. As a key member of our team, you'll work on developing cutting-edge technology to empower our global network of Community Support ambassadors, utilizing AI to revolutionize our approach to customer service. About the Team: The CSP team is a critical part of Airbnb's customer support operations, and we're committed to delivering exceptional customer service with high efficiency. Our Chatbot Product team is focused on providing a seamless user experience by combining AI capabilities with the expertise of our support ambassadors. As a Software Engineer on this team, you'll have the opportunity to work on novel products and features, driving technical quality and system quality.
