Job Overview: Key Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and installations of medical imaging equipment Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely resolution of issues and concerns Collaborate with technical support, management, and customers to resolve issues and escalate concerns Maintain accurate and timely administrative records, including expense reports, timecards, and service reports Stay up-to-date with administrative responsibilities, including customer service orders and internal service records Utilize escalation processes to resolve customer service delivery issues and conduct root cause analysis Maintain exceptional customer relations, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty Responsible for maintaining assigned tools, test equipment, and spare parts Promote the image and reputation of Fujifilm, both internally and externally Requirements: Associate's degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or computer science discipline, or equivalent experience Minimum one year of previous field service experience Knowledge of assigned equipment to provide timely repair and effective maintenance Active listening skills and above-average customer service skills Sound organization and administrative skills, with the ability to maintain paperwork to FDA and company required standards Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner Capable of operating test equipment related to the job (oscilloscope, meter, and diagnostic testers, etc.) Valid driver's license and safe driving record Physical Requirements: This position typically works in usual medical, clinical working environments, including sites under construction. The position may require the ability to physically work in high magnetic fields of up to 3 Tesla, which could dangerously affect any implanted medical devices made of ferrous material, potentially causing serious injury and/or death. Additional Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record Must possess good interpersonal skills Must be reliable and able to work independently Must project a professional image Travel: Up to 100% based on business needs, including overnight and air travel.
