Overview:
We are building a travel document platform for visa applicants across 7 global markets. The site sells verified flight reservations and hotel bookings, delivered instantly by email. We are in pre-launch phase and need a developer to build and launch the platform within 6 weeks.
What You'll Be Building
A multi-language website covering 7 markets (English, French, German, Spanish, Arabic, Russian, Chinese)
API integrations with flight and hotel booking providers
An automated order and email delivery system
A CMS for content uploads and blog management
Key Technical Requirements
Experience integrating third-party APIs (travel, booking, or payment APIs preferred)
Multi-language website builds (/fr/, /de/, /ru/, /zh/ etc.)
Baidu Tongji analytics setup for the Chinese market (/zh/ pages only — no Google assets on these pages)
Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics setup for all other markets
XML sitemap generation for all language URL paths
Fast page load speeds — Chinese market pages must load within 3 seconds
Working Arrangement
You will receive clear written specifications — no ambiguity
Day-to-day coordination through a Digital Execution Assistant
Major decisions go directly through the CEO
Must be responsive and flag blockers quickly
Project Scope
Phase 1: 6-week build to launch (fixed price milestone preferred)
Phase 2: Ongoing maintenance and updates post-launch (retainer or hourly, to be discussed)
