Job Description: Join Target's innovative cybersecurity team as a Principal Engineer - Gen AI Security Test Architect, where you'll play a critical role in designing and implementing comprehensive security testing for GenAI solutions. As a subject matter expert, you'll collaborate with technical and leadership teams to identify and mitigate potential security threats, driving implementable changes that improve the business. Design and execute test approaches to identify security flaws in GenAI products, focusing on confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information. Conduct full-stack architecture reviews of software for GenAI products and platforms, ensuring the security and integrity of our systems. Develop and implement security reference architectures, configuring security controls with an emphasis on GenAI technologies. Collaborate with engineering teams to perform advanced security analysis on complex GenAI systems, identifying gaps and contributing to design solutions and security requirements. Communicate risk accurately, negotiating priorities with cross-domain stakeholders and driving business outcomes. To succeed in this role, you'll need: A 4-year degree or equivalent work experience, with 10+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity. Proficiency in AI/ML concepts and technologies, with demonstrated expertise in attacking GenAI products and platforms. Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills, with strong presentation abilities and a good understanding of security management workflows in large enterprise organizations. A polyglot programmer comfortable in many languages across different platforms, with a demonstrated ability to learn and stay current on relevant AI and Cyber Engineering technologies.
