Job Title: IT Support Analyst Location: University Circle - Cleveland, OH (Onsite) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay: $23-$25/hour Start Date: ASAP Type: Contract with potential for permanent hire (based on performance) Travel: Occasional travel to 2 additional local locations Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and proactive IT Support Analyst to join a supportive team environment providing both resident-facing and internal staff technical support. This is a hands-on, customer-focused role involving a mix of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting in a senior living environment. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 1 IT support for staff and residents (internet, phones, TV remote controls, laptops, etc.) Respond to Help Desk tickets using Zendesk Troubleshoot hardware/software/network/telecom issues Support A/V needs for meetings and presentations Train staff and residents on basic technology use Assist with technology setup during resident moves Maintain clear documentation and training materials Research and recommend new technologies Serve as part of an on-call rotation for technical support Ensure safe, respectful, and HIPAA-compliant IT practices Qualifications Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in IT support Experience supporting Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking/telecom environments Ability to troubleshoot streaming services (DirecTV, Netflix) Familiarity with smart home technologies (Alexa, Sonos) a plus Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain tech concepts to non-technical users Valid Ohio driver's license Physical ability to lift/move equipment up to 50 lbs Ready to join a meaningful mission with a tech-forward team?
