Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field of study.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Network Engineer and Infrastructure or in a similar role.
- Provide technical advice for integrating control systems at a higher level.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and architecture (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, VLAN).
- Proficient in configuring and managing routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Experience with network monitoring tools.
- Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, DHCP, SNMP).
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues efficiently.
- Experience implementing and maintaining redundancy, failover, and high-availability solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure.
- Monitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime.
- Plan and execute network upgrades and migrations.
- Support global operations with reliable and secure network connectivity.
- Prepare reports on network performance, incidents, and capacity planning.
- Lead and supervise the IT Network team to ensure optimal network performance.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee network-related procurement.
- Coordinate with other IT departments to ensure alignment with business goals.
