Seeking expressions of interest to Ahpra employees for the following position:   Pathway Navigator     This is a full time, fixed term (up to 12 moths) opportunity that can be based in any Ahpra location.   About the Role The Pathway Navigator is a frontline role within the Notifications Pathways Team, acting as the first point of contact for complex complaint management. The role focuses on guiding conversations, gathering and synthesising information, and supporting delegates to determine the most appropriate regulatory or external pathway for each matter. Through clear, empathetic engagement and strong knowledge of the health complaints landscape, the role helps ensure notifiers are supported and connected to the right place from the outset.   About you You are an empathetic and confident communicator with experience supporting people from diverse backgrounds and life experiences, often in complex or emotionally charged situations. You bring exceptional active‑listening skills and are able to guide conversations, ask insightful questions, and gather and synthesise information with care and accuracy.
