Integration Developer LATAM - Remote 6+ Months Rate: $30 - $35/hr on W2 RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Requirements Analysis & Integration Strategy Gather and define integration needs, authentication methods, and security protocols for connecting various systems to the IdP. 2. System Compatibility & Architecture Design Ensure business systems align with the IdP's capabilities, including support for SSO, OAuth, SAML, or SCIM protocols. 3. Data Mapping & Transformation Define how identity-related data flows between systems, ensuring consistent attributes and formatting across platforms. 4. API & Middleware Development Develop custom APIs or middleware components to facilitate secure and seamless integration between business systems and the IdP. 5. Authentication & Access Management Implementation Configure authentication policies, role-based access controls (RBAC), and multi-factor authentication (MFA) where needed. 6. Testing & Validation Conduct rigorous testing of authentication flows, provisioning/deprovisioning processes, and integration reliability. 7. Security & Compliance Adherence Ensure compliance with identity governance frameworks and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA) 8. Deployment & Monitoring Roll out integrations in a controlled environment, track performance, and proactively identify potential issues. 9. Stakeholder Coordination & Documentation Maintain clear communication with business owners, IT teams, and security leads to ensure alignment. DELIVERABLES: Integration Requirements Document Outlines objectives, authentication methods, system dependencies, and security protocols. System Architecture & Design Specs Defines integration flow, components, and data transformation rules. API & Middleware Development Documentation Includes specifications for custom-built APIs, authentication endpoints, and middleware logic. Access Control & Security Policies Details authentication mechanisms, permission structures, and security configurations. Testing Reports & Validation Logs Documents test scenarios, issue tracking, and resolution steps. Deployment Plan & Rollback Strategy Ensures a controlled rollout and provides contingency steps in case of failure. Monitoring & Performance Tracking Dashboard Implements real-time tracking to detect access anomalies and system health metrics. Administrator Training Materials Guides teams on managing authentication flows, provisioning accounts, and troubleshooting integration issues.
