Vendetta is an indie publishing-as-a-service company and a subsidiary of Infinitize, a boutique strategic digital media consultancy that helps brands leverage community engagement and content creation - with clients spanning the gaming, K-pop, anime, art, and cultural niches. We’re looking for an Integrated/Creative Marketing Consultant who can concept, execute, and optimize full-funnel campaigns that drive Steam wishlists, player acquisition, and revenue for indie games. This role is equal parts creative strategist, performance marketer, and community builder - we’re looking for someone who can turn a game’s core hook into viral content loops, unique activations, and conversion-focused campaigns. This role is open to candidates in the US and Canada and you’ll work closely with our internal team, developers, and creators to bring bold, internet-native campaigns to life. What You’ll Do • Develop big campaign ideas that generate awareness and measurable conversion • Own end-to-end campaign planning across announcement → wishlist → launch → post-launch lifecycle • Build integrated campaign systems across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, Discord, Reddit, and Steam • Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights • Iterate rapidly based on data and community response What We’re Looking For: • 5+ years in games marketing, digital marketing, or integrated campaigns • Proven track record of driving measurable growth (wishlists, sales, installs, etc.) • Experience working on indie or mid-tier game launches strongly preferred • Deep understanding of gaming audiences, internet culture, and creator ecosystems • Strong knowledge of Steam marketing mechanics and wishlist strategy • Experience working remotely in fast-paced, scrappy environments To Apply Please send your resume and portfolio along with a list of your top 5 favorite indie games.
