Reporting to the Head of Portfolio & Innovation, this position is responsible for ensuring new products, bundles, and portfolio changes are fully prepared for seamless commercial execution across all channels. Acting as the bridge between strategy and execution, the role translates innovation decisions into well-coordinated, efficient launches—driving results while minimizing friction, delays, and rework.   Why EyePromise - Focused growth strategy: Ruthlessly prioritize what drives CLV and margin - High impact role: Direct influence on launch success and portfolio performance - Build for scale: Opportunity to shape a disciplined commercialization engine - Cross-functional leadership: Work across product, marketing, sales, and operations - Operator culture: Fast-moving, accountable, and execution-focused   Responsibilities Commercialization Planning & Readiness - Lead cross-functional commercialization planning for: - New SKUs - New bundles - Major portfolio changes - Ensure all launches are fully scoped, aligned, and ready for execution across DTC, Amazon, and ECP channels - Identify and resolve dependencies early to reduce launch friction Launch Execution Coordination - Drive launch sequencing, timelines, and milestone tracking - Ensure high-quality handoff from planning into execution teams (Growth, CX, Sales, Amazon) - Act as the central point of coordination across functions during launch windows Cross-Functional Alignment - Partner with: - Portfolio & Innovation on launch priorities and criteria - Growth & Conversion teams to ensure demand and conversion readiness - CX & CLV to ensure lifecycle and subscription readiness - Sales/ECP teams to ensure field readiness and sell-in materials - Operations & Tech to ensure systems, inventory, and execution readiness Post-Launch Performance & Feedback - Track launch performance and identify early signals of success or risk - Escalate issues quickly and drive resolution across teams - Provide structured feedback on why launches succeed or stall - Feed learnings back into portfolio and innovation decision-making   Performance Tracking & Reporting - Own launch readiness dashboards and milestone tracking - Report on launch performance (sales, attach, adoption, execution quality) - Provide regular updates to the Head of Portfolio & Innovation and leadership team - Identify systemic issues and recommend process improvements   What Success Looks Like - Launches hit market cleanly, on time, and without execution gaps - Minimal late-stage surprises or rework loops - Strong cross-functional alignment and clear accountability - Faster feedback loops on launch performance - Continuous improvement in commercialization processes
