You will: Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure tools and services in Rust Own CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and deployment automation Collaborate with engineering and security teams to ensure scalable and resilient systems Optimize infrastructure for performance, cost, and security Help shape internal developer experience and workflows Requirements: At least 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering Strong proficiency in Rust Experience managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar) Proficiency with containerization, orchestration, and observability tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, etc.) Obsessive about reliability, automation, and elegant internal tooling Very fluent in English What you’ll get: Generous ownership & stake in the company.
