Who We Are
Greespi — science-backed frozen whole-food nutrition for gut health & microbiome support. A real, whole food in a frozen format that preserves full biological activity. ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP certified. SGS-verified. Selling in US & EU.
Why This Role Exists
We worked with a PR agency. They didn't learn the product, pushed generic angles, had no strategy. We need the opposite: one dedicated PR person who becomes part of our team, owns the narrative, and speaks to media as the brand's voice.
What You'll Do
Develop editorial angles and PR positioning for the US (primary) and EU markets
Write pitches, op-eds, expert comments, and founder quotes — in our tone, with real product knowledge
Pitch directly to editors and journalists — build relationships, not blast lists
Manage the full cycle: research → pitch → follow-up → placement
If we use agencies or services — you brief and manage them
Goal: earned media only. No sponsored, no paid tags.
What We're Looking For
Proven earned media placements in US market — functional food, gut health, wellness, longevity, clean-label, or adjacent categories
Native-level English writing (pitches, op-eds, expert commentary)
Ability to translate complex science (microbiome, food matrix, bioavailability) into compelling mainstream stories
Comfort working as an embedded team member, not arm's-length vendor
First 2–3 Months Success =
First organic mentions/articles in relevant US media
Structured media map: who, where, what stage
Working PR playbook for 3–6 months ahead
In Your Proposal, Please Include:
Brief US media experience overview (niches + types of coverage)
3–5 links to placements you drove (with one line on your role)
2–3 editorial angles you'd pitch for a frozen functional food for gut health — right now, off the top of your head
Your pricing: project-based or monthly retainer with KPIs (we don't pay hourly)
⚠️ We'll send a detailed product brief and brand context to shortlisted candidates before the interview.
