You’ll help us: ✅ Launch and scale new health system partnerships ✅ Ensure seamless onboarding and integration for our partners ✅ Track key metrics to optimize performance and drive strategic improvements ✅ Build repeatable processes that make our partnerships even more efficient What You Need to Succeed: • 3-5 years of experience in project management, health system partnerships, and launching implementations • Strong organizational & problem-solving skills • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Experience working cross-functionally with clinical, operational, product, and marketing teams • A proactive, self-starter mindset with a strong sense of accountability • Willingness to travel up to 30% to support partner launches Bonus Points: • PMP certification • Strong preference for eastern or central timezone The Interview Process: Recruiter Screen (30 min) Hiring Manager Interview (30 min) Case Study (1 hour) Final Team Interviews (3 hours) Details: The compensation range is 100-130K depending on experience and location.
