Our commitment gives you opportunities to impact on and off the job positively.  The HRIS Analyst (18 Months Contract) is a member of S&C’s HR Technology team. S&C’s HR Technology team analyzes business requirements and determines hardware and software requirements to meet data management needs and may design new or modify existing HR technology solutions to meet changing demands. The team is responsible for the development, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of human resource information systems (HRIS) associated with the effective collection, storage, retrieval, accessibility, and reporting of team member data. The team ensures the accuracy and integrity of HR system databases and provides HR technology support to end-users.   The HRIS Analyst works under general supervision to provide support and analysis of people data. The position has a mastery of fundamental job duties and is exposed to complex tasks. The position researches and assists in recommending changes for new or modified HR technology solutions. The HRIS Analyst will also participate in various HR projects supporting our ongoing HR initiatives. A well-qualified candidate has HR systems knowledge, strong administrative and organizational skills with the proven ability to take initiative to complete assignments and responsibilities, is experienced with information that requires a high level of discretion and confidentiality, can work on diverse projects/tasks and commits to ensuring that everyone has excellent experiences in all interactions. Outstanding HRIS Analysts combine their HR knowledge with expertise in HR information systems to ensure optimal HR management. Work arrangement: Remote Compensation At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members and are committed to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $72710 - $96343.4. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training.  The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: Supporting Modules: This role will have a strong focus on supporting, but not limited to, Oracle HCM Cloud CORE modules, including Journeys, along with HCM Communicate and Oracle Guided Learning (OGL). Systems: - Coordinate the day-to-day maintenance of the HRIS to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the system.  - Customize and configure the system based on HR and organizational requirements, ensuring alignment with unique processes and workflows. Implementations & Updates:  - Support system upgrades and the implementation of new HRIS modules or features, ensuring a seamless transition and integration of new functionalities. - Document, implement, and optimize HRIS processes, training materials, and standard work for end users and other system administrators. Data Analytics & Reporting:  - Analyze HRIS performance metrics and perform diagnostic tests to detect and identify technical problems and deficiencies related to the use of HR systems. - Generate and analyze reports using HRIS data and provide insights into workforce trends, performance metrics and other HR analytics. Technical Support & Training:  - Provide technical support to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems and application issues. - Provide training to HR professionals and end-users on how to effectively use HR systems. Cross-Functional Collaboration:   - Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate the HRIS with other organizational systems and streamline data sharing. Strategic Thinking & Decision Making:  - Consult with HR colleagues and other departments to determine HRIS needs and recommend changes for new or modified HR technology solutions. Compliance & Security:  - Conduct regular audits and data validation activities and implement measures to safeguard sensitive employee information. - Maintain data integrity and oversee the accuracy, security, and efficiency of recording and storing HR data. - Understand and comply with all applicable Company policies and rules. Additional Functions: - Maintain regular and punctual attendance - Attend in-person or virtual meetings as requested or required - Communicate effectively and respectfully with others - Other responsibilities as assigned   What we are looking for: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, human resources, or a related field. - 2 to 4 years of experience working as an HRIS Analyst or in another related role - Proficiency in HRM software, such as Oracle HCM, Workday HCM, Criterion HCM, and PurelyHR - Organizational and project management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members, both technical and non-technical, and facilitate SMEs and other stakeholders through the lifecycle of projects - Good interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate and collaborate with diverse subject matter experts and stakeholders - Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities in providing technical support and troubleshooting HRIS system issues - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Demonstrated ability to use good judgment and discretion in dealing with confidential information and materials - Proficiency in database management and security, including running/troubleshooting SQL queries - Proactive in keeping up with technical innovation and trends in HR information systems analysis - Experience in gathering and interpreting data - Broad knowledge of HR programs and needs - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including the ability to use VLOOKUP, pivot tables, Power Query etc., in Excel.   Physical Effort: Normal or frequent minor physical effort required for the day-to-day activity in the workplace. May involve standing, sitting, walking, climbing stairs and lifting/moving/using objects or equipment up to 20lbs.
