We are looking for a real GoHighLevel expert who knows both conversion rate optimization and technical tracking implementation. This role is for someone who can do more than build pages or copy/paste pixel code. We want a specialist who understands how to improve funnel performance using data, fix tracking issues inside GHL, and optimize landing pages, forms, and funnel steps based on actual conversion bottlenecks. You should be confident working inside GoHighLevel funnels, workflows, forms/surveys, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, custom code, and CRO tools like Clarity, Hotjar, GTM, or similar. We work with lead gen and offer funnels, and we want someone who can help us improve performance consistently through testing, technical cleanup, and smart analysis. What You’ll Be Responsible For: -Audit and optimize GHL funnels and landing pages -Improve opt-in rates, conversion rates, and funnel step performance -Set up and troubleshoot Meta Pixel + Conversions API -Ensure proper event deduplication between browser and server events -Diagnose broken tracking, low event match quality, and missing signals -Review funnel drop-offs inside GHL and identify the biggest bottleneck -Run structured A/B tests based on data, not guesses -Use custom code when needed for tracking, styling, widgets, or scripts -Install and use CRO tools like Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, GTM, etc. -Troubleshoot integrations when GHL native connections fail Must-Have Skills: -Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel -Strong understanding of Meta Pixel + CAPI -Knows how to use event_id for deduplication -Can verify events inside Meta Events Manager -Understands Event Match Quality and how to improve it -Can diagnose funnel problems using message match, page speed, above-the-fold clarity, and step-by-step conversion rates -Comfortable with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, custom code, and third-party scripts -Able to explain technical work clearly and simply What We Do NOT Want: -We are not looking for someone who gives generic answers like: “I install the pixel in the header” “Meta handles that automatically” “I check funnels from time to time” “I use Facebook and GHL” We want someone who has actually worked inside the technical side of GHL and knows where things break in real-world setups.
