We’re looking for a Go-To-Market Engineer to support the setup and optimization of marketing and sales automation systems for SMB clients. This is a hands-on, technical role focused on backend implementation, integrations, and workflow automation rather than traditional marketing.
What You’ll Do
• Configure and manage marketing automation tools (e.g., Clay and similar platforms)
• Build and maintain automated GTM workflows and sequences
• Set up and manage integrations between CRMs and outbound tools
• Troubleshoot automation, data, and integration issues
• Optimize workflows for scalability across multiple clients
• Collaborate remotely with a US-based client-facing team
What We’re Looking For
• Experience with marketing automation or RevOps / Sales Ops tools
• Strong understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
• Workflow logic mindset and problem-solving skills
• Curiosity and ability to quickly learn new tools
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments
Nice to Have
• Experience with Clay or data enrichment tools
• Familiarity with Zapier, Make, or APIs
• Exposure to outbound sales tooling
• Light technical or scripting experience
