Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize Shopify API integrations (REST & GraphQL). Implement Shopify Billing API to manage subscriptions and payments. Utilize Shopify Webhooks for real-time event processing. Build and maintain scalable REST/GraphQL APIs using Django, Flask, or FastAPI . Manage and optimize databases ( PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB ). Work with third-party Shopify integrations to enhance platform capabilities. Leverage AI-driven development tools (GitHub Copilot, Codium, Continue, etc.) to enhance efficiency. Implement AI-powered solutions using Langchain and LlamaIndex . Deploy and manage applications on AWS infrastructure . Must-Have 5+ years of experience with Python development. Proven experience working with Shopify APIs (Admin API, Billing API, Webhooks). Strong background in building and consuming REST & GraphQL APIs . Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI for backend development. Knowledge of database management (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB). Hands-on experience with AI tools for coding efficiency (GitHub Copilot, Codium, Continue, etc.). Passion for AI and automation in software development. Familiarity with AWS services for deployment and cloud computing. Nice-to-Have Experience with Langchain or LlamaIndex for AI-driven applications. Strong understanding of AI and ML models for automation. Background in e-commerce development beyond Shopify.
