Freelance AP Specialist (LTG) US, REMOTE

Learning Technologies Group (LTG) is a global leader in digital learning and talent technology. We’re seeking an experienced Freelance Accounts Payable Specialist to support our Group Finance team in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment. Responsibilities • Manage the purchase ledger across multiple Group entities • Process supplier invoices accurately and ensure timely payment • Run weekly multi-currency payment cycles with Treasury • Ensure expenditure is properly authorised • Process employee expenses and corporate card transactions • Complete monthly bank reconciliations • Prepare and submit journal entries • Monitor timesheet submissions and issue reminders • Support month-end close and respond to finance queries • Assist with ad hoc finance tasks as required Requirements • 3+ years’ Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger experience • Multi-currency experience • Strong NetSuite and Microsoft Excel skills • High attention to detail and strong organisation • Confident communicator across all business levels • Proactive and able to manage workload independently in a remote setting If you’re an experienced AP professional looking for a remote freelance opportunity with a stable, global business — we’d love to hear from you.
