Role Overview: Perform servicing, testing, and maintenance of assigned equipment following company guidelines to ensure optimal performance. Work independently without direct supervision. Provide remote support to customers and assist Field Service Engineers in resolving service issues promptly. Manage spare parts inventory for assigned customers, ensuring they have the necessary components to maintain equipment reliability and safety. Required Skills & Experience: Strong expertise in electronic and electro-mechanical engineering, including the use of testing and calibration equipment. Proven experience working with Linear Accelerators (Linacs). Solid technical background in micro-computers and PC-based systems. Customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
