**Job Summary**
As a Student Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the safety and well-being of patrons, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for all. You'll work collaboratively with our team to deliver outstanding experiences, resolve issues promptly, and promote a positive and approachable atmosphere.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Greet patrons and guests, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment
* Assist customers with various questions and problems in customer service areas
* Perform basic cleaning responsibilities, including trash, equipment, and laundry
* Special event set-up and operations
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for all patrons by completing assigned shifts, duties, and enforcing facility policies
* Serve as a first responder to accidents within the building
* Collaborate with the team to resolve issues, address concerns, and promote a positive atmosphere
**Essential Qualifications**
* Current American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, and Standard First Aid certifications or obtained within the first 30 days of employment
* BBP Certification obtained within the first 30 days of employment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
* Experience working in a facility or customer service setting
* Knowledge of facility operations and safety protocols
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
